Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by FCC.

To complete a reservation, customers may be required to provide:

  • Pickup and drop-off details
  • Date and time of travel

  • Any special travel requirements

FCC reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

Non-refundable deposits may apply for special events, airport transfers, weddings, proms, corporate bookings, and hourly reservations.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method.

Waiting Time and No-Show Policy

FCC may provide a complimentary waiting period depending on the booking type.

Additional waiting time beyond the included period may result in extra charges.

A no-show fee may be charged if the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location without notice.

Customers should contact FCC immediately if they cannot locate their chauffeur or vehicle.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely during the journey.

FCC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip without refund if a passenger:

  • Causes damage to the vehicle
  • Uses abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language
  • Engages in unsafe or illegal activity
  • Exceeds the permitted passenger limit
  • Brings prohibited items into the vehicle

Passengers may be responsible for any cleaning, repair, or damage costs caused during the service.

Vehicle Availability

FCC will make every effort to provide the requested vehicle type. However, in rare circumstances, FCC may substitute a similar or upgraded vehicle without prior notice if necessary.

Delays and Service Interruptions

FCC is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Weather conditions

  • Mechanical breakdowns
  • Government restrictions or emergencies

FCC will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide alternative arrangements where possible.

Lost Property

FCC is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

If an item is found, FCC will make reasonable efforts to return it to the customer. Delivery or postage charges may apply.

Smoking, Alcohol, and Cleanliness

Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted in FCC vehicles.

Food and beverages may be restricted in certain vehicles.

Customers may be charged additional cleaning fees for spills, stains, excessive mess, or damage caused during the journey.

Limitation of Liability

FCC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.

Privacy

FCC respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Information provided during the booking process may be used to manage reservations, customer support, billing, and service improvements.
